Purchase Orders (PO)

We accept purchase orders from qualified government agencies, school districts, healthcare systems, and institutional buyers.

How it works:

1. Submit your PO along with your item list (SKUs or product links) to info@fortisindustriesllc.com
2. We confirm pricing, availability, and estimated lead time
3. Once approved, we process your order against the PO—no upfront card payment required for approved accounts
4. Invoice is issued per your agency's standard payment terms

Net 30 terms available for qualified agencies upon request. 

Tax-Exempt Purchasing

Government agencies, public schools, and qualifying nonprofit institutions can purchase tax-exempt.

To set up tax-exempt status on your account:

1. Submit a copy of your valid tax-exemption certificate to info@fortisindustriesllc.com
2. Our team will apply the exemption to your account
3. Future orders placed under that account will automatically reflect tax-exempt pricing

Exemption certificates must be current and issued in the name of the purchasing agency.

3. Quotes can be issued on letterhead for your procurement file if required
