Order Fulfillment

Fortis Industries LLC works with a network of trusted suppliers to fulfill orders. Because products ship directly from the supplier or manufacturer closest to you, shipping times and carriers may vary by item. If your order includes products from more than one supplier, you may receive multiple shipments arriving separately, each with its own tracking information.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1-3 business days of purchase. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume or for made-to-order and bulk items.

Shipping Times

Once an order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7 business days, depending on your location and the originating supplier. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select items.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $200 ship free.

Orders under $200 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $15.99, calculated at checkout. Oversized, freight, or bulk institutional orders may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before the order is finalized.

Multiple Shipments & Tracking

Because we work with multiple suppliers, orders containing items from different product lines may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available. Order Accuracy & Delays

While we work closely with our supplier network to ensure accurate inventory and timely fulfillment, occasional delays can occur due to supplier stock availability, weather, or carrier disruptions. We'll notify you as soon as we're aware of any significant delay affecting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@fortisindustriesllc.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) received. We'll coordinate directly with the supplier to resolve replacements or credits.

Institutional & Purchase Order Shipments

For agencies and institutions purchasing via PO, please note any required delivery windows, loading dock access, or receiving instructions in the order notes or when placing your PO. Contact our team directly for large or time-sensitive institutional orders.
